These products are used to reduce the pour points of crude. Usually used for obtaining pour points preventing solidification of crude at certain temperatures along the production process – including the shipping in tankers.They are very specific and extensive testing is required to obtain the most effective product. Treatment ranges can vary from 200ppm – 1000ppm.
