PC Inhib 110
Is a true Total acid number inhibitor, for crude oils in production, or in refinery feed stock tanks or upstream processing units and product streams in the refineries. In addition it contains an ionic suppressor, which controls the ionization of the Naphthenic acids and acidic gases. It will inhibit some of the reactions leading to the acidity of Naphthenic acids then to the gum forming Naphthenates from Naphthenic acids in crude oil production and minimize soaps of alkali and alkaline earth metals, organic scales in refinery heat exchangers.
PC Inhib 110 can enhance desalting by controlling naphthenate emulsified soaps and naphthenic acids.
